Giedre Domzaite

Originally from Lithuania; I moved to London 7 years ago. I love the creative energy of the city, finding it a fascinating place for people watching. It's enormous diversity of expression is a constant inspiration for my character work: old folk snoozing on busses, city workers in pinstripes, wild eyed revellers in fancy outfits; the city is full of eccentrics and hopefully you can recognise some of them in my illustrations.

My work covers a broad style of projects from storyboards, styleframes for pitches, graphic design artwork for animation, character design, logo design, illustration for books to artwork for interiors and wallpapers. I have produced designs for companies such as 'Orange', 'BBC', 'Mtv', 'Barclays' and more diverse companies such as frozen Yoghurt store 'SNOG', Swedish rock band 'Ingenting' and wallpaper producer 'Photowall'.

My illustration work is also represented by the illustration agency 'Nuagency' www.nuagency.se in Stockholm, Sweden and 'YCN' www.ycnonline.co.uk in the UK.
